Can u make a rabbit water bottle by using a normal small sized water bottle, puncture the bottom, put a straw?

Like get a small water bottle, and near the bottom (about half an inch or so from the bottom) make a hole, put a small straw through, and tape it with tape outside the bottle. That would work, right? Can u make a rabbit water bottle by using a normal small sized water bottle, puncture the bottom, put a straw?
NO IT WILL LEAK TO MUCH, THEY ARENT VERY EXPENSIVE AND RABBITS WILL DRINK FROM A BOWLCan u make a rabbit water bottle by using a normal small sized water bottle, puncture the bottom, put a straw?
ummm, no
I don't think so.

Rabbits will drink out of a bowl, though it has to be glass or ceramic or they will eat it. Has to be heavy too or they will tip it over.

We raised rabbits for several years and that's what we used.
No.

The water will run out without some kind of ball in the straw.

The rabbit will eat the straw.

They need a fresh, clean bowl of water.
Sorry, No. The water bottles you buy in the petstore have a small metal ball in the end of the straw that create a vaccuum. This keeps the water from spilling out when the bunny isn't drinking. A simple straw would just let all of the water out.

Don't worry though, you can get one for a couple of dollars at Walmart, Target, etc.
