I have a holland rabbit she is around 2 monthes old, i just want to know how old does she have to be before she could have babies? I asked this question because she looks young right now and i dont want her to get hurt having babies.Rabbit!!!!!!????
6 mos but breed before 1 year...it is more difficult to breed after a year...if she is big enough..you can try breeding her at 5 mos..but she may not breed then or sometimes they won't take care of the bunnies if you breed them to young. also I am guessing you are talking about a Holland Lop? tops out around 4 lbs..if it is a larger breed you may not be able to breed till 8 mos.Rabbit!!!!!!????
you need to wait til she is atleast 6 months old before trying to breed her.
