your probably looking for someone to tell you exactly yes or no but the truth is your just going to have to go to a vetHow can you tell if a rabbit has tapeworm?
Well, My Puppy TapeWorm, and He Kepps on wipeing his but on the carpert and itching his butt, my Friends Rabit had it and it was the same Signs as my dog, Also a TapeWorm is usally a Long White Worm Looking Thing And That You Would Normaly Find in The animals Poop. Also Contact a Vet and See What They Say, That Would Be the Best Thing To Do. Hope This Helps.
It probably is tape worm. My dog had the same thing when it was a puppy. There is OTC medicine for it that you can buy at a pet store like Petsmart. The med is harmless even if your rabbit doesn't have tapeworm. To be perfectly sure, just go to the vet.
tapeworms can be diagnosed in animals by checking their butt area. If you see something that looks like rice attached to the fur that is the tapeworm egg.
Yes it is tape worm you should take him to the vet so he can be given something. If he or she is rubbing his there butt on the floor thats a sign too.
Rabbits also frequently have ascarid infections. The vet can clean her out of both with the right meds.
