RABBiT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Why does my 8 month rabbit keep going on the couch and go to the toilet there??

`And why does he keep following my grandmother who never plays with him?RABBiT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
first off, you mentioned that he is following your grandmother, but you did not say if he is neutered. rabbits that are not neutered pick a ';mate';, it's the person they are attracted to and want to interact with. they will do a mating dance with them where they run around their feet and ankles, sometimes even nipping them or spraying them. it does not have to be someone who feeds or plays with them. the rabbit may like her smell, or her voice.

if he is not neutered, that is your first-step in improving his behavior, making him healthier, eliminating urine smells/spraying and aggression. neutering will also help the pee on couch problem. here's some info on the topic.

if he IS neutered and he is peeing on the couch, you have a couple options to stop this behavior:

1) get an exercise pen or construct a fence out of NIC grids to block off the couch. do not allow him on the couch until he is better litterbox trained.

2) cover the couch with a waterproof shower curtain and put a washable blanket over the top. allow him to mark on this for a couple of days, or until he stops. wash the blanket, throw away the shower curtain. i know this sounds weird, but it actually works. you can *trick* them into thinking they've already marked and they won't feel the need to do it anymore.

you did not mention if your rabbit is littertrained the rest of the time. if not, here are some sites that have tips and tricks for littertraining your house rabbit.

i hope this help you! good luck!!!RABBiT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
Maybe you should litter box train him. And maybe he follows your grandma for fun, or she smells like carrots.
