What's the difference between 'junior & dwarf' rabbit food and 'adult' rabbit food?

Yes I know one is for babies and dwarves and one is for adult bigger breeds lol. I mean, what is actually in it to make the difference? And what could happen if a big adult rabbit ate the dwarf food? What's the difference between 'junior %26amp; dwarf' rabbit food and 'adult' rabbit food?
Junior and dwarf rabbit food has different nutritional qualities to adult food. It is higher in protein and fibre and vitamins. This promotes good growth without the young rabbit having deformities such as calcium deficiencies, fur loss (bald patches) etc. The fibre is higher to promote healthy digestion. In dwarf rabbits this food is used because dwarf rabbits need that little extra nutrients. They tend to be livelier and their metabolisms quicker. But if you find your dwarf rabbit becomes over weight then swap to the adult food over a month period. All rabbits vary. If an adult rabbit ate dwarf food it would over time become obese, and may develop problems such as bladder stones due to the high protein and calcium content.Obesity can lead to Sticky bottom syndrome as the rabbit will not be able to clean itself, and possible develop organ failure too.

Personally as a general rule i do not feed my dwarf rabbits the junior dwarf food. They have the adult pellets. Pellets are only a small proportion of their diet. Their main diet consists of plenty of hay and a mixture of vegetables and natural foods such as grass, dandilions, leaves and brambles. All my rabbits look healthy and have yearly checks and injections at our local vetWhat's the difference between 'junior %26amp; dwarf' rabbit food and 'adult' rabbit food?
I assume the junior rabbit food is made with alfalfa, which is higher in calcium and protein and a little lower fiber. The adult food is probably made out of timothy which is lower in protein, calcium and has a much higher fiber count, it's less rich than alfalfa and better for older rabbits.
If you were to give a baby rabbit adult food constantly. It can cause a stunt in their growth as their bodies cant break down all the nutrients in the adult food. They will be perfectly fine, just small. Like the runt of a litter!
its all the nutrients.

a baby rabbit needs different nutrients han an adult one and the same with different size rabbits

answer mine about rabbits http://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/ind鈥?/a>
its the nutrients in it that make the difference, i don't think anything would happen if an adult rabbit ate the junior rabbit food, and viceversa.
I'm guessing when a rabbit gets older, so does it's stomach. Abit like baby humans eating...chocolate and takeaways when they're 3 months old or something. Not good for them, eh?
